One of the most popular – and apprehensive – videos on the internet in the past few hours shows a flagrant image of a two-year-old child who hung from an air conditioning structure on the fourth floor of a building in Huai’an, China. Moments later, the boy falls and is rescued by the arms of a man on the sidewalk.
The rescue prevented the greatest tragedy – and, it seems, it was just a scare.
The reason for the incident was not disclosed.
